International Lacrosse: Expand Your Coaching Horizon

At Women’s Lax Drills, the International Group supports coaches based outside the U.S. and creates space for collaboration across different lacrosse systems. The idea is simple: connect coaches from different countries, share ideas, and make the game better for everyone involved.

The rules, strategy, and overall approach to lacrosse vary from country to country. Instead of seeing that as a challenge, we treat it as a resource. Sharing what works, what doesn’t, and what’s evolving in each region allows coaches to learn from one another and strengthen their teams.

As an international coach based in Europe, I put a major focus on OUR rules, our strategy, and our growth as coaches too.

A Tight-Knit Global Game

It’s a small world after all… but the lacrosse world is even smaller. And because of groups like this, it gets to feel even more connected. Coaches from different parts of the world who’ve never met in person are building a real sense of community. That shared space is what makes the game better for players, coaches, and programs.

If you're coaching outside the U.S. and want to be part of something collaborative, this group is open to you. Whether you're based in Mexico, Armenia, or anywhere in between, you’ll find people here who are working through similar questions and willing to share what they’ve learned to grow the game.
