Lyndsey was a standout goaltender at Stanford from 2011-14, She ranks fourth all time in saves (400) and is seventh in goals against average (10.58). Lyndsey led the Cardinal to three NCAA appearances in her four seasons, including the program's first-ever tournament win over Notre Dame in 2013. As a coach, Lyndsey consulted many collegiate and club programs to elevate their goalies and their game. Most recently, she was added to the staff of the Division 1 program George Mason under Kara Mupo. Lyndsey has also worked on staff at Ohio State and Johns Hopkins.

What Coaches Will Learn in This Goalie Training:

  • Stance, Footwork & Positioning: Teaching balanced ready stance, angle play, arc movement, and efficient footwork within the crease.

  • Shot Stopping & Rebounds: Progressive drills for hands, reaction time, tracking the ball, and controlling rebounds to limit second chances.

  • Communication & Leadership: Developing clear defensive command, directing slides, and becoming the voice of the defense.
