About Lyndsey:

Many of you already know Lyndsey from being in the lacrosse community. But if you do not, please read on!

In college, Lyndsey was a standout goaltender at Stanford from 2011-14, She ranks fourth all time in saves (400) and is seventh in goals against average (10.58). Lyndsey led the Cardinal to three NCAA appearances in her four seasons, including the program's first-ever tournament win over Notre Dame in 2013.

As a coach, Lyndsey consulted many collegiate and club programs to elevate their goalies and their game. Most recently, she was added to the staff of the Division 1 program George Mason under Kara Mupo. Lyndsey has also worked on staff at Ohio State and Johns Hopkins.

Munoz owns LM Training, providing wellness, performance, lacrosse education and coaching to players and coaches and she is currently trying out for a spot on the Spanish National Team roster!

Needless to say, she is engulfed in high level lacrosse & her feedback will be a huge benefit for your goalkeeper(s) and your program!
