Kaillie Kelly, a longtime WLD member and valued friend of our community, brings an exceptional playing and coaching résumé. As an athlete, she was a two-time All-American, four-time All-Region, three-time All-League selection, 2009 Tewaaraton Watch List nominee, and still holds multiple program records at Hamilton College, including career goals (206), assists (134), points (340), and single-season points (107). As a coach, Kaillie has led and developed talent at the highest levels—serving as owner/director of Central Lacrosse since 2018, and transforming Lincoln-Sudbury into a Massachusetts powerhouse, culminating in a 2024 National Championship, DCL Coach of the Year honor, and 2023 Division I Coach of the Year recognition by the Boston Globe. Most recently, she served as Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the German Women’s National Box Team during the 2024 Box World Cup in Utica.
