MEET OUR TRAINER
Sarah Quigley, Assistant Coach at Susquehanna. Sarah joined the Susquehanna University women’s lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in Fall 2024, bringing a strong blend of collegiate and international experience. A 2014 graduate and former four-year starter at Lycoming College, she later returned there as head coach, leading the program to back-to-back MAC Freedom semifinal appearances in 2022 and 2023.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
In her training, “Moving the Ball Around the Arc and Attacking Gaps,” Hannah will break down offensive concepts that elevate team execution. She’ll cover the importance of ball pace and individual timing, how to teach players when to attack versus pass, and ways to build confidence and leadership within your offensive unit. You will also learn insight into man-up and man-down attacking strategies, practical offensive adjustments, and how to leverage two-man play to create consistent scoring opportunities.
