MEET OUR TRAINER
Kaillie Kelly, head coach at Hamilton University is a regular trainer and longtime member! She leads her alma mater after a decorated playing career and successful coaching stops at the high school, club and international levels. Known for her player-first approach, she brings championship experience, strong culture-building, and a deep connection to the program and all of her trainings!

This is a completely open session, what you learn is based on what you ask! From X’s & O’s to culture nothing is off limits in this session.
How to prepare?
Take time this week to brainstorm your sets, jot down any setbacks or pain points you have to share. Kaillie will use her whiteboard, film and knowledge to best guide you.
