WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Coaches will learn practical strategies for planning a smooth and effective spring season, building a strong team culture that aligns players and parents, and designing high-impact practices. The session will dive into “meat and potatoes” drills while introducing constraints-led approaches (CLA) to improve decision-making, creativity, and game transfer, giving coaches actionable tools they can implement immediately.
Are you a “Newish” coach? We coined this term for any coaches who have been in the game 5-years or less or who just want to get a good base of knowledge before the spring season! Everyone is welcome!
KAILLIE’S LIST FOR OUR SESSION:
Season planning (strategies for a smooth spring!)
Team building - culture (for parents and players!)
Meat and potatoes - some drills and ideas for constraints for better practices
Kaillie says, “I’ve gone all in on the constraints led approach (CLA) with my teaching and am so excited to share this with WLD!”
