With a background in building new teams and developing competitive structures from the ground up, she brings extensive experience in program organization, recruitment, and long-term sustainability. Morgan will lead a live training on how to start up a program, offering practical guidance and proven strategies for coaches and organizers looking to grow the game in their communities.
