Emily Boissonneault is the head coach and program founder of the University of Pittsburgh women’s lacrosse team, hired in 2019 to launch Pitt’s first varsity season in 2021. A former standout at Detroit Mercy, she previously served as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at James Madison, where she helped lead the Dukes to a 2018 national championship. Known for her energy, recruiting success, and program-building expertise, Boissonneault has rapidly elevated Pitt into a competitive ACC program.
