Kristen, the current offensive coordinator & draw specialist coach at Johns Hopkins University will be hosting this month's training! Kristen, a team USA veteran, WPLL player & AU Player, holds many medals including World Cup gold medals, and four final four appearances at UNC.
What Coaches Will Learn in This Concept Packed Training:
Man-to-Man Concepts: approach angles, on-ball pressure without overcommitting, adjacent and crease slide packages, recovery principles, and how to build accountability within a pressure-based team defense.
Zone Defense Structure: break down zone responsibilities by position, teaching how to protect the middle, pass off cutters, rotate on ball movement, and use communication to stay connected as a unit.
Teaching Progressions & Game Application: Coaches will take away drill progressions, terminology, and decision-making cues to effectively install and layer both man and zone systems at the youth, high school, and club levels.
