Amy was named the head coach of the University of Delaware Hens in 2019 after nine seasons at Penn State University, where she spent time as an assistant coach and most recently as the program's associate head coach. Amy is currently the assistant coach for the USA women's national team under head coach, Jenny Levy.
What Coaches Will Learn in This Organizational Session:
Season Planning & Structure: outline how to build a seasonal roadmap from preseason through postseason, including goal setting, weekly practice themes, recovery windows, and competitive benchmarks.
Practice Design & Load Management: Coaches will learn how to balance skill development, team systems, conditioning, and rest to maximize performance while minimizing burnout and overuse injuries.
In-Season Evaluation & Adjustment: The session will cover how to assess progress through film, data, and feedback, then adjust lineups, roles, and practice priorities as the season evolves.
