Liz Beville, coach for the Le Moyne Dolphins building an incredibly strong team, culture & chemistry. And she recently put it to the test. Le Moyne was ranked 3rd in the IWLCA Coaches Poll at the end of April but ended up with no bid into the NCAA tournament. [You can read more about their tournament snub here.] After such a disappointing & shocking end of the season for the Le Moyne team & coaching staff, we're lucky to bring in Liz to teach us her take on Building Team Chemistry after finding that success within her squad.
