Competitive 2v2 Groundballs

😊 This is not the drill posting you get as a member, this is just a summary to show you what we offer.

A few things about this drill:

• We turned a traditional groundball drill into a game-like situation for enhanced learning.

• This small sided game can be done with attack, defense and even the goalie!

• Use it as a competition or just to enforce fierce play at practice.

• No matter what level, don’t let it get sloppy! Focus on the skills.
